The server freezes the entry price, market cap and timestamp before you sign. Anyone can re-verify the signature against that record.

Where a collected fee goes

SHOUT takes a disclosed 1.0% protocol fee on trades routed through a callout. That fee — and only that fee — funds the four buckets below. There is no emission schedule: if no trades happen, nothing is distributed.
