How the caller score works
Five weighted components, each normalised to 0–100, plus two adjustments. The formula lives in one tested module (src/lib/domain/caller-score.ts).
- Performance after the call35%
- Average return, with each individual call capped at +500% so one moonshot cannot carry a poor record.
- Unique attributed traders25%
- Distinct wallets that traded through the caller's callouts, on a log scale.
- Attributed paid volume15%
- Capped by participation before scoring, so volume from a handful of wallets cannot be inflated.
- Consistency15%
- Inverse dispersion of returns. Steady callers outrank ones who alternate between zeros and moonshots.
- Call timing10%
- Median market cap at the moment of calling. Calling a $40k cap beats calling a $40M one.
- Rug penalty and sample size
- Calls that collapsed past −85% subtract up to 25 points. And until a caller has 10 calls, their score is pulled toward a neutral prior — so one lucky call never outranks a hundred good ones.
